Blueberry Yogurt Cake

Finally Blueberry Yogurt Cake.. Actually plan nak try buat blueberry yogurt chiffon yang Kak Izah & Kak Nor dah buat tapi tak ada tepung gandum pulak.. So i modified la jadi butter cake.. Inspired by this recipe. Klik sini ya.. Ok la jom tengok my resipi yang dah edited ni..


250g butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon orange extract
2 1/4 cups self-raising flour
1 cup blueberry flavored yogurt
Vanilla essence

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the orange extract. Add in 1 drop of vanilla essence. Alternately beat in the flour mixture and the yogurt, mixing just until incorporated.

3. Pour batter into a pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
4. Allow to cool 10 minutes in the pan, then turn out onto a wire rack and c
ool completely..

Oh my cake ni tak berapa cantik la.. Semangat nak belajar baking supaya kek i nanti cantik2.. ;)
